在北京正负电子对撞机同步辐射装置 3W1B光束线上标定了一批X光二极管的灵敏度。应用一个简单的模型描述真空X光二极管光阴极发射光电子的机制。同时,阴极表面粗糙度、氧和碳沾污可以解释金属光阴极的实际灵敏度曲线与模型预测的偏离。
The sensitivity of a batch of X-ray diodes was calibrated on the 3W1B beamline of the positron-electron collider synchrotron radiation device in Beijing. A simple model is used to describe the mechanism of vacuum X-ray photoelectrons emitting photoelectrons at the cathode. At the same time, cathode surface roughness, oxygen and carbon contamination can account for the deviation of the actual sensitivity curve of the metal photocathode from the model predictions.
