目的掌握2009年福建省居民食用合格碘盐的情况,巩固碘缺乏病防治成效。方法采用多阶段分层系统抽样,以县(市、区)为单位,9个以上乡(镇)的县(市、区),按东、西、南、北、中5个方位选取9个乡(镇),每个乡(镇)选取4个村,每个村随机采集8户居民户盐样;9个或不足9个乡(镇)的县(市、区),选取5个乡(镇),5个或不足5个乡(镇)的县(市、区),抽取所有乡(镇),每个乡(镇)选取4个村,每个村随机采集15户居民户盐样。采用直接滴定法检测盐碘含量。结果 2009年福建省居民户的碘盐覆盖率为97.92%,非碘盐率为2.08%,碘盐合格率为98.68%,合格碘盐食用率为96.63%;全省84个县(市、区)中,79个县(市、区)的合格碘盐食用率均高于90%,占94.05%,有5个县(市、区)的合格碘盐食用率低于90%,占5.95%。结论从省级水平看,福建省合格碘盐食用率达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准,但个别县(市、区)碘盐供应工作仍需加强。
Objective To understand the status of iodized salt consumption by residents in Fujian Province in 2009 and to consolidate the effectiveness of prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling system was adopted. Nine counties (cities and districts) with 9 counties (cities and districts) and 9 counties (cities and districts) were selected according to the five orientations of east, west, south, Township (town), each township (town) selected 4 villages, each village collected 8 households randomly sampled salt; 9 or less 9 townships (towns) counties (cities, districts), select 5 townships (Towns), 5 or less counties (cities), select all townships (towns), and select 4 villages for each township kind. Salt titration was measured by direct titration. Results In 2009, the iodized salt coverage rate of residents in Fujian Province was 97.92%, the non-iodized salt rate was 2.08%, the qualified rate of iodized salt was 98.68% and the qualified iodized salt rate was 96.63%. In 84 counties (cities and districts ), The eligible iodized salt consumption rates of all 79 counties (cities and districts) were higher than 90%, accounting for 94.05%. The qualified iodized salt consumption rate in 5 counties (cities and districts) was less than 90%, accounting for 5.95% . Conclusions From the perspective of provincial level, the rate of eligible iodized salt in Fujian Province has reached the national standard of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders, but the iodized salt supply in some counties (cities and districts) still needs to be strengthened.
