介绍一种新型的高压、大流量气动定差压力阀，并对其进行了故障模式影响分析（ＦＭＥＡ），针对阀中每一种潜在的故障隐患提出了相应的解决方案。试验证明，阀的工作可靠性大大提高。
A new type of high pressure and high flow pneumatic valve with differential pressure is introduced and its failure mode influence analysis (FMEA) is introduced. Corresponding solutions are put forward for each potential fault in the valve. Test proved that the valve reliability greatly improved.
