[目的]氨基磺酸铵是生产大豆除草剂咪草烟的重要中间体,现有碳酸氢铵法存在成本高的问题,同时生产氰酸钠等产生的三废处理成本高,该课题旨在解决上述问题。[方法]采用生产氰酸钠产生的废水和氨基磺酸为原料,经中和反应、浓缩、结晶等工序制备氨基磺酸铵。[结果]产品收率95.3%,产品含量99.5%。中试试验反应过程中放热情况与理论计算相同,后处理工序温度平稳可控,工艺过程安全可控。[结论]新工艺在解决氰酸钠废水处理问题的同时,降低了氨基磺酸铵的成本。 [Objective] Ammonium sulfamate is an important intermediate for the production of soybean herbicide imazethapyr. The existing ammonium bicarbonate method has the problems of high cost, high production cost of waste generated from sodium cyanate, and the like, and aims to solve the problem The above problem. [Method] The wastewater produced from the production of sodium cyanate and sulfamic acid were used as raw materials to prepare ammonium sulfamate through neutralization reaction, concentration and crystallization. [Result] The product yield was 95.3% and the product content was 99.5%. During the pilot test, the exothermic situation during the reaction is the same as the theoretical calculation. The temperature of the post-treatment process is stable and controllable, and the process is safe and controllable. [Conclusion] The new technology can solve the problem of sodium cyanide wastewater treatment and reduce the cost of ammonium sulfamate.
