Before the war, Japan had a special position in the investment of foreign enterprises in China. Japan’s investment in China later than Britain, France and Russia, but with the gradual deepening of its invasion of China, Japan replaced Britain, France and Russia as China’s largest source of investment. The actual expansion of Japan’s investment in old China is Japan’s invader toward China. The economic relations between China and Japan have had a painful history. They also have the very success of equal cooperation and reciprocity and mutual benefit. After World War II, Japanese multinational corporations such as Mitsui re-entered China and the situation was completely different from that before the war. Understanding and analyzing these profound historical lessons and successful real experiences can provide positive references and assistance to the cooperation between enterprises in China and Japan and help strengthen exchanges and cooperation between China and Japan. Therefore, I believe that this topic has the value of academic exploration. It has some academic significance in the study of Sino-Japanese economic history and Sino-Japanese enterprise development history.
