通过热力学计算及转炉、LF炉、中间包、铸坯、线材的系统取样与电镜等检测,对LD-LF-CC工艺生产的LX72A钢中夹杂物在各工序的种类、数量进行研究,并对T[O]、N含量随工序的变化情况进行检测。结果表明:随工艺的进行,夹杂物在转炉终点以Al2O3-Si O2-Mn O系为主,LF精炼后,夹杂物转变成熔点较低、易于上浮的球形Al2O3-Si O2-Ca O-Mg O系夹杂,线材中夹杂物演变为Al2O3-Si O2-Ca O-Mg O系。中间包和铸坯中夹杂物急剧减少,说明调碱度对夹杂物的变性有很好的作用。线材中wT[O]=25×10-6,w[N]=40×10-6,符合帘线钢生产要求。
The types and quantities of inclusions in LX72A steel produced by LD-LF-CC process were studied by means of thermodynamic calculation and system sampling and electron microscopy of converter, LF furnace, tundish, billet and wire rod, etc. T [O], N content changes with the process of testing. The results show that the inclusions are mainly composed of Al2O3-Si O2-Mn O at the end of the converter. After LF refining, the inclusions are transformed into spherical Al2O3-Si O2-Ca O-Mg with low melting point O inclusions, inclusions in the wire evolve into Al2O3-Si O2-Ca O-Mg O system. Inclusions in the tundish and slab drastically reduced, indicating that alkalinity has a good effect on the denaturing of inclusions. Wire wT [O] = 25 × 10-6, w [N] = 40 × 10-6, in line with the cord steel production requirements.
