近年来,历史文化旅游在中国快速发展并且已经成为一个十分重要的旅游概念。古都开封近十年来显著增长的旅游业绩正印证了历史文化旅游良好的发展势头。通过旅游满意度调查的方式,分析游客对开封景点、住宿、购物、旅游环境的满意度,提出开封需要在宣传、营销手段、住宿设施方面做出改进,以提高其历史文化旅游的竞争力。
In recent years, historical and cultural tourism has developed rapidly in China and has become a very important tourism concept. The tourism achievements of Kaifeng, the ancient capital, whose growth has markedly increased over the past decade, confirm the good momentum of development of historical and cultural tourism. Through the survey of tourist satisfaction, tourists are satisfied with the attractions, accommodation, shopping and tourism environment in Kaifeng. It is suggested that Kaifeng needs to make improvements in its propaganda, marketing and accommodation facilities so as to enhance the competitiveness of its historical and cultural tourism.
