目的 :探讨骨髓基质细胞在外周血干细胞移植 (PBSCT)预处理前后粘附功能的改变。 方法 :采用细胞粘附试验和细胞粘附阻断试验 ,观察 2 1例PBSCT患者经单用化疗 (单化 )或放疗、化疗 (放、化 )两种预处理方案后不同时相点骨髓基质细胞贴壁层对骨髓单个核细胞粘附能力的影响。 结果 :基质细胞贴壁层对骨髓单个核细胞的粘附能力 ,放、化预处理后第 30、90天显著低于移植前 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;单化预处理后第 30天显著低于移植前 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 )。 结论 :PBSCT患者术前预处理后骨髓基质细胞粘附功能均有不同程度的降低 ,单化组的损伤较轻 ,放、化组损伤较重。预处理对骨髓微环境基质细胞粘附功能的损伤可能是影响移植后造血和免疫功能重建的重要因素之一。
Objective: To investigate the changes of adhesive function of bone marrow stromal cells before and after PBSCT. Methods: Cell adhesion assay and cell adhesion inhibition test were used to observe the changes of bone marrow stromal cells (MMPs) in 21 PBSCT patients treated with chemotherapy alone (chemotherapy alone) or radiotherapy and chemotherapy (radiotherapy and chemotherapy) Effect of Cell Adhesion Layer on Adhesion of Bone Marrow Mononuclear Cells. Results: Adhesion of MSCs to bone marrow mononuclear cells was significantly lower than that before transplantation (P <0.01) on the 30th and 90th days after pretreatment with PBL, Significantly lower than before transplantation (P <0.05 ~ 0. 01). CONCLUSIONS: Bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) adhesion function in PBSCT patients decreased to some extent after pretreatment. Pretreatment of bone marrow microenvironment stromal cell adhesion function damage may affect post-transplant hematopoietic and immune function reconstruction one of the important factors.
