针对煤矿生产设备管理系统的信息化管理要求,结合煤矿生产设备特点,以设备状态为基础,设计了点检管理系统总体框架和功能模块,详细阐述了设备信息管理、备件管理、点检管理、状态管理以及维修管理模型选择和设计过程,进而构建了基于点检机制的煤矿生产设备管理系统。该系统采用基于Web的技术解决方案,以设备状态维修为中心,采用点检机制,实现煤矿设备维护的标准化、数字化、网络化和智能化,从而整合和优化维护资源,减少维修费用和提高煤矿生产的效率以及企业管理水平。
