目的:研究P物质(SP)受体(SPR)在豚鼠听觉脑干中枢及内侧膝状休(MGB)的分布.方法:采用免抗SPR血清和免疫组织化学ABC法及葡萄糖氧化酶一DNA-镍(GDN)染色技术.结果:耳蜗核、上橄榄复合体、下丘及内侧膝状体广泛分布SPR阳性神经元、纤维及终末.在耳蜗核,SPR阳性神经元数量较多,主要分布在耳蜗腹侧核(NCN),SPR阳性产物主要位于胞膜上,而耳蜗背侧核(DCN)阳性终末密度明显大于腹侧核.上橄榄复合体SPR阳性产物分布具明显的特点,SPR阳性神经元主要分布在上橄榄外侧核.下丘中央核团内既有SP阳性的纤维和终末、也含数量较少的SPR阳性神经元;内侧膝状体背侧核SPR阳性纤维及终末密度较高.结论:SP参与声信号在脑干听觉中枢和内侧膝状体的传递
OBJECTIVE: To study the distribution of substance SP receptor (SPR) in auditory brainstem center and medulla oblongata (MGB) in guinea pigs.Methods: SPR serum-free and immunohistochemical ABC method and glucose oxidase- (GDN) staining.Results: The SPR positive neurons, fibers and terminals were widely distributed in cochlear nucleus, superior olivary complex, inferior colliculus and medial geniculate body.While in the cochlear nucleus, the number of SPR positive neurons was mainly distributed In the ventral nucleus of cochlea (NCN), SPR-positive products mainly located on the cell membrane, but the posterior cochlear dorsal nucleus (DCN) -positive final density was significantly greater than the ventral nucleus.The distribution of SPR positive products on the olivary complex had obvious characteristics. SPR Positive neurons were mainly distributed in the medulla oblongata.The nucleus of the inferior colliculus had both SP-positive fibers and terminals, and a small number of SPR-positive neurons. The medullary dorsal nucleus SPR-positive fibers End density higher.Conclusion: SP involvement of acoustic signals in the brainstem auditory central and medial geniculate transmission
