目的评价应用微型钛钉种植体作为强支抗推磨牙远移的有效性。方法从临床病例中选择20例安氏Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者,用微型钛钉种植体作为支抗推磨牙远移。采用模型测量、头影测量方法分析评价其疗效。结果 20例患者均获得所需间隙,平均疗程4.8个月,其中最大间隙7.6 mm,最小3.4 mm,平均5.6 mm(P<0.01)。矫治前后第一磨牙、第二磨牙和第一前磨牙倾斜变化不大(P>0.05)。结论微型钛钉种植体作为支抗能快速、有效地推磨牙远移,移动方式基本上为整体移动。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of mini-titanium screw implants as a strong support for molars. Methods Twenty patients with Class Ⅱ malocclusion were selected from the clinical cases. Micro-titanium screw implants were used as the impellers to push molars. Using model measurement, cephalometric analysis to evaluate its efficacy. Results All the 20 patients got the required clearance, the average duration was 4.8 months. The maximum clearance was 7.6 mm, the minimum was 3.4 mm, and the average was 5.6 mm (P <0.01). The inclination of the first molars, the second molars and the first premolar did not change much before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion The mini-titanium screw implants can push the molars quickly and effectively as the support, and the movement mode is basically the whole movement.
