【目的】通过多元化健康教育,提高哮喘患儿采用GINA方案(吸入糖皮质激素治疗)的依从性,达到有效控制哮喘的目的。【方法】给初诊患儿及家长(主要父母)发放自行设计调查问卷,内容包括(哮喘基本知识了解程度、疾病自我管理情况、哮喘发病情况),通过6个月健康教育后,与教育前进行自身对照。【结果】健康教育前后患儿及家长治疗依从性和哮喘相关知识的掌握程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),教育后哮喘控制各项指标均明显低于教育前(P<0.05)。【结论】通过多元化健康教育可促进哮喘儿童规范治疗、贯彻GINA方案,提高治疗依从性,改善生活质量,达到有效控制哮喘。
【Objective】 To achieve the goal of effective control of asthma through diversified health education to improve compliance of children with asthma with GINA regimen (inhaled glucocorticoid therapy). [Method] The newly-diagnosed children and their parents (parents) were given self-designed questionnaires, which included (knowledge of basic knowledge of asthma, self-management of disease and incidence of asthma), after 6 months of health education and before education Self-control. 【Results】 The masculinity of treatment compliance and asthma-related knowledge between children and parents before and after health education was statistically significant (P <0.05). The indicators of asthma control after education were significantly lower than those before education (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 Diversified health education can promote standardized treatment of asthmatic children, implement GINA program, improve treatment adherence, improve quality of life and achieve effective control of asthma.
