目的 :采用HPLC法测定氯地滴眼液中氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法 :色谱分析条件 :ODS柱作分析柱 ,流动相为甲醇 /水体系 ,0~ 8min使用 4 0 %甲醇 ,8~ 1 6min使用 60 %甲醇 ,流速 1ml/min。 0~ 9min 2 4 0nm紫外检测 ,9~ 1 8min 2 78nm紫外检测。结果 :二组分分离良好。各组分线性关系良好 ,平均回收率氯霉素 99.8%(RSD =1 .2 % ,n =5) ,地塞米松磷酸钠 99.4 % (RSD =0 .7% ,n =5)。结论 :该法用于氯地滴眼剂含量测定准确、精密、可行。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in chlorhexidine eye drops by HPLC. Methods: Chromatographic conditions: ODS column was used as the analytical column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol / water with 40% methanol for 0 ~ 8min and 60% methanol for 8 ~ 16min. The flow rate was 1ml / min. 0 ~ 9min 24Onm UV detection, 9 ~ 18min 2 78nm UV detection. Results: The two components were well separated. The linear relationship between the components was good with an average recovery of 99.8% (RSD = 1.2%, n = 5) and dexamethasone sodium phosphate 99.4% (RSD = 0.7%, n = 5). Conclusion: The method for the determination of chlorine eye drops accurate, precise and feasible.
