近年来,国家在铁路、公路、地铁等基础设施建设上投资巨大,为相关的建筑施工企业的快速发展带来了历史机遇。铁建桥隧工程局所承接的项目一般具有地处偏远、工程本身综合复杂、战线跨度大、管控过程中不确定因素多、变数大等特点。在管理过程中身赴一线的项目员工的主观能动性若没有被很好的调动,则很容易就会产生思想消极、管理松散等现象,再加上天高皇帝远、远水解不了近渴等想法,最终会给铁建桥隧工程局项目工程造成无法估量的恶果。针对这个问题,应从完善薪酬制度,落实绩效考核,完善员工培训制度,加强企业文化建设,平衡员工工作生活,考虑员工层次需求等途径加以解决和防范。
