盖挖逆作法在城市交通繁忙地段,无敞开工作面的地铁车站中有极大的应用前景。结合北京地铁某车站工程实例,利用变位分配及控制体系在施工中全过程进行动态控制;同时对中桩进行静载及内力试验,以保证其自身具备足够的承载能力和抗变形能力,并对中间桩(柱)的施工垂直定位技术进行了创新;在车站开挖过程中,按照中间桩(柱)和结构差异沉降控制标准进行分阶段、全过程控制;最后通过信息化施工监测实现车站的结构及周边地层的环境控制,满足设计要求,保证施工过程中结构的安全性以及周边建筑物的安全。
