自四十年代初期:Fe-42%Ni-6%Cr合金问世以来,在国外已使用了近40多年历史,尤其在六十年代至七十年代,得到了很大的发展。我国自六十年代初,继苏联产品系列,研制了Fe-Cr合金的×28,×18TφM和Fe-Ni-Cr的H47×Б这几种牌号以后,对纳入冶标的4J28,4J49牌号进行了生产,而对Ni42Cr6一类合金研究得甚少。 鉴于引进线大都使用Ni42Cr6Al合金作为电视显象管中的阳极帽材料,为了提供生产和应用单位如何合理地制备和使用材料,本专题报告包括:合金的性能;合金制备和应用;表面加工方法和作用探讨,合金表面氧化层;表面电子能谱分析等五篇。 本文着重介绍合金的性能,包括膨胀特性、机械特性、合金组织、氧化特性以及耐蚀特性,最后介绍合金的基本参数。国内外合金牌号的成分和相应玻璃的配方、基本特性亦作为附录列出,以供有关人员参考之用。
Since the early 1940s, the Fe-42% Ni-6% Cr alloy has been used for nearly 40 years in foreign countries, especially in the 1960s and 1970s. Since the early 1960s, following the Soviet Union product series, the grades of X28, X18TφM and Fe-Ni-Cr H47 × Б of Fe-Cr alloy have been developed, and the grades 4J28 and 4J49 Production, while a class of Ni42Cr6 alloy with little research. In view of the introduction of most of the use of Ni42Cr6Al alloy cathode ray tube cathode material, in order to provide production and application units how to properly prepare and use of materials, this special report includes: alloy performance; alloy preparation and application; surface processing methods and The role of discussion, the alloy surface oxide layer; surface electron spectroscopy analysis of five. This article focuses on the performance of the alloy, including the expansion characteristics, mechanical properties, alloy structure, oxidation properties and corrosion resistance, and finally introduces the basic parameters of the alloy. The composition of the domestic and international alloy grades and the corresponding glass formulations, the basic characteristics are also listed as an appendix for reference purposes.
