目的 虎杖多种蒽醌类化合物在活体中的抗HSV 1作用。方法 以阿昔洛韦 (ACV)为阳性对照 ,PBS以及含 0 .1%聚山梨酯 80 (Tween 80 )的PBS为阴性对照 ,用HSV 1HS 1株感染豚鼠皮肤的动物模型 ,观察虎杖蒽醌类化合物晶I,晶II,晶III,晶IV抗HSV 1药效。结果 ACV ,虎杖晶I,晶II,晶III,晶IV处理皮区的累积计分依次为 14 .2 0± 0 .70 ;7.0 0± 6 .16 ;7.31± 6 .16 ;11.6 3± 6 .0 7;8.5 0± 4 .6 3;ACV ,虎杖晶I,晶II,晶III,晶IV处理皮区的痊愈天数分别为 (7.70± 1.0 8) ,(6 .30± 1.4 0 ) ,(6 .5 0± 1.10 ) ,(8.2 0± 0 .6 7) ,(6 .80± 1.35 )d ;与PBS及含 0 .1%Tween 80的PBS处理皮区在统计学上具有明显差异。HSV 1HS 1株感染过程中各处理皮区的病变的观察及皮肤样本的病毒滴度检测得到了一致的结果。结论 配对t检验的结果表明 :ACV与虎杖晶I,晶II处理皮区的累积计分及痊愈天数的差异 ,以及与虎杖晶IV处理皮区的痊愈天数的差异具有统计学意义。这些结果加上病毒滴度检测的结果说明虎杖晶I,晶II比ACV药效好 ,晶IV与ACV药效相近 ,值得开发利用。
Objective Polygonum cuspidatum anti-HSV 1 effects in vivo. METHODS: Acyclovir (ACV) as a positive control, PBS and PBS containing 0.1% polysorbate 80 (Tween 80) as negative controls, an animal model of HSV 1HS 1 strain infecting guinea pig skin, and observation of Polygonum cuspidatum Crystalline compound I, crystal II, crystal III, crystal IV anti-HSV 1 efficacy. Results The accumulative scores of ACV, Polygonum cuspidatum I, crystal II, crystal III, and crystal IV treated areas were 14.20±0.70,7.00±6.16,7.31±6.16, and 11.6±3. The recovery days of .0 7;8.5 0± 4 .6 3; ACV, Polygonum cuspidatum I, Crystal II, Crystal III, and Crystal IV treated skin were (7.70±1.0 8), (6.30± 1.4 0), respectively. (6.50 ± 1.10), (8.2 0 ± 0.67), (6.80 ± 1.35) days; There are statistically significant differences between PBS treated areas and PBS and PBS containing 0.1% Tween 80. . In the process of infection of HSV 1HS 1 strain, the lesions in the treated areas and the virus titer detection of the skin samples have obtained consistent results. Conclusion The results of paired t-test showed that the cumulative scores and the number of days of healing for ACV and the treated areas of Polygonum cuspidatum I and Crystal II, as well as the difference between the days of recovery of the skin area treated with Polygonum cuspidatum IV had statistical significance. These results plus the results of virus titer detection showed that Polygonum cuspidatum I, crystalline II is more effective than ACV, and crystal IV and ACV are similar in efficacy and worthy of development and utilization.
