Parathyroid microscopic cysts are common, but cysts large enough to produce clinical symptoms are rare. In 1 case, the report was as follows: Patient, male, 37 years old. More than a year ago, the size of the faba bean mass appeared in the left neck and gradually became larger. Over the past six months, I gradually felt that my throat was unwell. He was admitted to the hospital as a “cystic lesion of left thyroid tumor”. Examination: The neck is equivalent to a duck-egg-sized mass at the lower left of the thyroid. The skin has normal color and no tenderness in the mass. The touch of the bladder is sexy and moves up and down with swallowing. After admission, a subtotal thyroidectomy was performed. During the operation, the cyst was located in the lower part of the left thyroid gland. A large capsule was 6×4×3 cm in size with 3 to 4 vesicles next to it. Normal thyroid tissue had been squeezed. Press into a small one. The vesicles and thyroid tissue can be seen at the junction of brown yellow “fat-like” small aggregates, suspected parathyroid glands, carefully separated and retained, the big bag intact
