选矿的磨矿方式,在过去长时间内,基本上都是采用棒磨或球磨。采用这样的磨矿方式,矿石的粉碎比小,因此粉碎段数多,建设周期长,一般来说基建投资和生产费用较高。此外,棒磨和球磨都须用金属磨矿介质,当处理某些类型矿石时,矿粒表面会被介质细屑污染,也易产生过粉碎。自磨矿工艺就为克服这些缺点而创立的。本文拟就湿式自磨厂设计中的若干问题提出一些看法,供讨论。
