过去对结构钢的可焊性进行了许多研究工作。其中大部分最常用的是采用模拟焊接方法来研究显微组织。但是,近来很少见到有关避免热影响区过热区破坏的实用的输入热量的报导,关于含铌的低合金钢在这方面的报导就更少了。本文总结了比利时冶金研究中心(CRM)关于这方面的研究工作。采用的是弹性极限为355~410牛顿/毫米~2结构钢的宽试样,进行熔剂层下埋弧电弧焊焊接。研究用钢的化学成分见表1。
Much research has been done on the weldability of structural steels in the past. Most of the most commonly used is the use of simulated welding method to study the microstructure. However, there have been few recent reports of practical heat input to avoid overheating damage in the heat affected zone, and even fewer reports of low alloy steels containing niobium have been reported. This article summarizes the research done by the Belgian Metallurgical Research Center (CRM) in this area. A wide sample of 355-410 N / mm2 structural steel was used for submerged arc welding of the flux layer. The chemical composition of the research steel is shown in Table 1.
