渔子溪二级电站引水隧洞喷射混凝土衬砌段断面为马蹄型,面积为36~42米~2,喷混凝土段长为5455延米。施工时分别采用了“湿喷法”(即SEC法)和“干喷法”。在施工中,及时对喷混凝土起伏差进行了控制、检查,达到了较好的效果。 一、喷混凝土起伏差的控制 1. 采用合理的喷射混凝土程序 喷射混凝土一般采用先凹后凸、先深后浅“螺旋”形或“之”字形连续横向移动,自下而上的程序。这样,不但可以减少回弹量,提高工效,而且便于表面找平,减小起伏差。喷射作业中,在凸处满足最小厚度的情况下,及时调整部份凹处厚度,对起伏差大小的控制至关重要。
