为研究飞秒激光烧蚀0Cr18Ni9不锈钢的特性,采用掺Nd:KGW的飞秒激光进行了0Cr18Ni9不锈钢烧蚀实验。分析了飞秒激光烧蚀0Cr18Ni9不锈钢的表面形貌与烧蚀区域发生的相关效应。实验与分析表明0Cr18Ni9不锈钢烧蚀阈值为0.45 J/cm2;随辐照脉冲数增加,烧蚀区域呈现光栅结构、微凸结构、乳突结构和凹陷结构、烧蚀孔形成的表面结构变化规律,并伴有热影响,且不锈钢烧蚀区表面发生氧化现象;烧蚀区形成的微观结构影响激光能量的进一步传输和沉积,烧蚀区出现局部深熔。
In order to study the characteristics of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel by femtosecond laser ablation, 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel ablation experiment was carried out with Nd: KGW doped femtosecond laser. The effects of the surface morphology and the ablation area on the FeCr18Ni9 stainless steel after laser ablation were analyzed. Experiments and analyzes show that the ablation threshold of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel is 0.45 J / cm2.
