某测绘综合楼是集科技、办公为一体的多功能大楼。大楼地上19层,地下2层,建筑面积28803m2。其中,地下两层为汽车库,一个人口,一个出口,车道宽4.5m,每层分四个停车区。总面积5579m2,车位120个。以本单位固定用户为主,少量临时性散户。入口无人职守,使用闭路电视监控,用可视对讲器与收费亭联系。出口实行人工半自动收费管理。本设计通过对楼内地下车库东、西向两个通道口实行控制,科学管理进出车辆,完成车库交通的自动调度,保护车辆安全,提高地下车库使用效率,为车主营造一个安全、舒适、便捷、优质服务的停车环境。
