本工作对感染约氏鼠疟原虫6d的小白鼠,分别腹腔注射冰岛衣多糖等10种化合物,观察用药后感染鼠的原虫感染率、原虫抑制率、平均存活天数及存活比率。观察到冰岛衣多糖、冰岛衣异多糖、粟卷岛衣多糖、金刷巴多糖、红石耳多糖及植物生长抑制素B_9等6种化合物以及阳性对照组氯喹均能明显降低原虫感染率和提高原虫抑制率(P<0.01),冰岛衣多糖和氯喹尚可明显延长感染鼠的存活天数和提高存活比率(氯喹P<0.01;冰岛衣多糖P<0.05)。
In this study, mice infected with Plasmodium yoelii for 6 days were intraperitoneally injected with 10 compounds such as Lappa polynera, and the infection rate, protozoan inhibition rate, average survival days and survival rate of infected mice were observed. It was observed that the six compounds of Icelandic coat polysaccharide, Icelandic polyisocyanurin, Millipede coating polysaccharide, Golden Scapa polysaccharides, Red-ear polysaccharides and phytostatin B_9, as well as the positive control chloroquine, can significantly reduce the rate of protozoa infection and increase Inhibitory rate of protozoa (P<0.01), Icelandic coating polysaccharide and chloroquine can significantly prolong the survival days of infected mice and improve the survival rate (chloroquine P<0.01; Icelandic polysaccharose P<0.05).
