研究了在两种定向凝固炉和ISP2/Ⅲ—DS上以不同的铸造参数制得的两种单晶高温合金DD3和36的显微组织,结果表明:在8炉上得到的单晶具有较细的枝晶尺寸、较分散的相组成以及较少的显微疏松,这是因为8炉的固—液界面温度梯度比ISP2/Ⅲ—DS炉高约50%。
The microstructures of two single crystal superalloys DD3 and 36 with different casting parameters on two kinds of directional solidification furnaces and ISP2 / Ⅲ-DS were studied. The results show that the single crystals obtained on the 8 furnaces have a higher Fine dendrite size, more dispersed phase composition and less microscopic porosity were observed because of the 50% higher solid-liquid interface temperature gradient of the 8 furnace than the ISP2 / III-DS furnace.
