目的探讨了中西药配伍中的禁忌。方法对中西药配伍后形成胃肠不吸收、抑制酶活性、影响酸碱平衡和以及产生毒副作用的药物进行分析。结果中药中许多成分与西药配伍后会影响药物的疗效。结论充分认识中西药配伍后的禁忌对提高药物疗效有着重要意义。
Objective To explore the taboo of compatibility of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods After the compatibility of traditional Chinese and western medicine, gastrointestinal absorption, inhibition of enzyme activity, acid-base balance, and toxic and side effects drugs were analyzed. Results Many ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine compatibility with western medicine will affect the efficacy of the drug. Conclusion It is of great significance to fully understand the contraindications after compatibility of Chinese and Western medicine to improve the efficacy of the drug.
