硫酸盐热化学还原反应(TSR)会使原油中的含硫量增加,降低原油的质量,还会产生污染空气、对金属设备有腐蚀性的H2S气体;对油气勘探开发及安全生产带来诸多隐患,所以TSR被人们重视.鉴定硫化氢成因的方法很多,但是对于识别低含硫化氢的成因存在一定困难.2-硫代金刚烷的检测是有效方法之一,这是首次在塔中83井(含硫化氢的新井)和塔里木盆地原油中发现了2-硫代金刚烷.采用银盐色层法,将原油中含量很低的2-硫代金刚烷富集到用GC/MS和GC/MS/MS可检测出的水平.在鉴定2-硫代金刚烷时,采用GC/MS/MS测定资料与文献对比方法确定其化学结构,并采用MRM谱图对质谱图中主要碎片离子质量作了证实,以提高可信度.由于塔中83井原油中检测出2-硫代金刚烷,认为塔中地区天然气中的硫化氢属于TSR成因.
