长期骨髓培养（ＬｏｎｇＴｅｒｍＢｏｎｅＭａｒｒｏｗＣｕｌｔｕｒｅ，ＬＴＢＭＣ）是一种骨髓细胞体外液相培养法。ＬＴＢＭＣ体系可视为体外模拟的造血微环境。它为造血微环境、细胞因子和造血干／祖细胞等造血调控理论的研究提供了一个重要手段；在再生障碍性贫血等血液病发病机理的研究、白血病骨髓净化以及早期造血细胞的体外扩增中也具有重要作用。
