目的观察比较α-硫辛酸和依帕司他治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效,为临床选择用药提供参考。方法选择60例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,所有病例均给予基础降糖治疗并随机分为两组:α-硫辛酸组30例,使用α-硫辛酸600 mg静脉滴注治疗,qd,治疗2周;依帕司他组30例,使用依帕司他50 mg tid口服,治疗12周。结果两组治疗后2周神经病变主觉症状问卷(TSS)评分及神经传导速度(NCV)均有明显改善(P均<0.05),两组间比较无显著差异(P均>0.05);而治疗后12周依帕司他组的TSS评分及NCV较α-硫辛酸组有显著改善(P均<0.05)。结论临床上使用α-硫辛酸和依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变均可收到良好疗效,而长期使用依帕司他治疗可能要比短期使用α-硫辛酸疗效更显著。
Objective To compare and evaluate the efficacy of α-lipoic acid and epalrestat in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy and to provide a reference for clinical choice of medication. Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected. All patients were given basic hypoglycemic treatment and were randomly divided into two groups: α-lipoic acid group 30 cases, intravenous drip with α-lipoic acid 600 mg, qd, treatment 2 weeks; 30 cases of eptazepril group, the use of epalrestat 50 mg tid oral treatment for 12 weeks. Results The scores of neurological symptoms questionnaire (TSS) and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) were significantly improved in both groups at 2 weeks after treatment (all P <0.05), with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) The TSS score and NCV of epalrestat group at 12 weeks after treatment were significantly improved compared with those of a-lipoic acid group (all P <0.05). Conclusions The clinical use of α-lipoic acid and epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can receive good results, while the long-term use of epalrestat may be more effective than the short-term use of α-lipoic acid.
