有人说“吃四条腿的不如吃两条腿的,吃两条腿的不如吃没腿的”,这“没腿的”食物指的即是鱼。对于多数人来说,鱼是一种健康的食物,对于糖尿病、高血压、胆固醇过高、冠心病与动脉硬化患者更是有益的食物。现在恰逢新春佳节,亲友相聚,我国民间又讲究“节庆有余”,鱼更成了节日菜单中不可缺少的佳肴。但是,鱼并非对任何人都有好处,有的人吃了鱼,非但无益于健康,反而是非常有害的。
