介绍了龙岩坑口电厂300 MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的结构特点、性能测试结果及烟气污染物排放情况,并结合实际运行数据探讨了该300 MW CFB锅炉的节能减排特性.运行实践表明:该300 MW CFB锅炉机组采用清华大学基于流态重构节能型CFB锅炉技术,并结合风机改造,实现了低床压长期稳定满负荷运行,且厂用电率可控制在4.5%左右,节能减排效果显著.同时,以较低的运行成本实现了烟气污染物的达标排放.该炉型的节能减排特性充分体现了大型CFB锅炉机组实现煤洁净燃烧的技术优势.
This paper introduces the structural features, performance test results and emission of flue gas pollutants from a 300 MW circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler in Longyan Hang Hau Power Plant, and discusses the energy saving and emission reduction characteristics of the 300 MW CFB boiler with practical operation data. It shows that the 300 MW CFB boiler adopts Tsinghua University CFB boiler technology based on fluid state reconstruction and CFD boiler combined with the fan transformation to achieve long-term low pressure stability and full load operation, and the plant power rate can be controlled at about 4.5% Saving energy and reducing emission are obvious.At the same time, the discharge of flue gas pollutants is realized at a lower operating cost.The energy-saving and emission-reducing features of this furnace fully embody the technical advantages of large-scale CFB boiler for coal clean combustion.
