目的:了解大连市中山区、沙河口区社区卫生服务人力资源情况,分析存在的问题,并且提出相应的对策。方法:采取问卷抽查的方法,拟定统一调查表,调查人到各个社区卫生服务中心(站)与领导沟通填写。结果:医师中具有副主任医师以上职称的人数少,并且大部分为外聘,医护比例失衡;全科医师缺乏;辅助科室技术人员缺乏;继续教育培训状况不太好。结论:卫生行政主管部门,要制定规划,优化社区卫生服务中心(站)的人力资源结构,加强现有人才队伍的培训,特别是全科医生的培养,从各个方面完善社区卫生服务热力资源建设。
Objective: To understand the human resources of community health service in Zhongshan District and Shahekou District of Dalian City, analyze the existing problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods: By means of questionnaire sampling, a unified questionnaire was drawn up, and the investigators filled each community health service center (station) and communicated with the leaders. Results: There were a small number of physicians with the title of associate chief physician or above, and most of them were externally employed. The proportion of health care was unbalanced. The lack of general practitioners and the lack of technical staff in auxiliary departments and the continuing education and training were not very good. Conclusion: The health administrative departments should make plans to optimize the human resource structure of community health service centers (stations), strengthen the training of existing personnel teams, especially general practitioners, and improve the construction of community health service thermal resources in all aspects .
