树脂传递模塑是一种灵活的用于制造包括各种形状、尺寸及复杂程度的FRP制品的生产工艺。尽管这种工艺已有广泛的应用,但实用技术资料对模压条件的最优化组合的选择仍然是有用的。在这篇报告中我们对FRP模制品生产过程中四个主要工艺参数的影响进行了讨论。给出了树脂的注入压力、模具温度、树脂粘度以及真空辅助法的应用这几个参数的影响结果。
Resin transfer molding is a flexible manufacturing process for making FRP products of various shapes, sizes and sophistication. Despite the wide range of applications of this technology, the selection of optimal combinations of molding conditions is still useful for practical applications. In this report we discuss the impact of the four main process parameters in the production of FRP moldings. The effects of injection pressure, mold temperature, resin viscosity and the application of vacuum assist method are given.
