目的:探讨金洪元教授中西医结合方案治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的临床疗效及经验总结.方法:142例慢性乙肝患者随机分为两组,两组均在常规治疗基础上,对照组(71例)给予拉米夫定治

目的:探讨金洪元教授中西医结合方案治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的临床疗效及经验总结.方法:142例慢性乙肝患者随机分为两组,两组均在常规治疗基础上,对照组(71例)给予拉米夫定治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合中药治疗,疗程均为6个月,观察两组患者有效率,治疗后ALT复常率、DNA转阴率、HbeAg/HbeAb转换率变化情况.结果:慢性肝炎治疗有效率对照组68.18%,治疗组39.68%,两组间比较均有统计学差异(P＜0.05).治疗组在ALT复常率、DNA转阴率、HbeAg/HbeAb转换率均优与对照组(均(P＜0.05).结论:中西医结合治疗可提高CHB患者抗病毒的应答率和肝功能改善率,从而提高临床疗效.
