“,”Objective:To understand the coping style, psychological resilience and benefit finding in parents of children with cancer during chemotherapy, and to explore the mediating effect of psychological resilience in the positive coping and benefit finding of parents of children with cancer during chemotherapy. Methods:From September 2020 to September 2021, the parents of 343 children who were hospitalized for chemotherapy in the Hematology and Tumor Ward of Beijing Children\'s Hospital were selected by convenience sampling. A cross-sectional survey was conducted on the coping style, psychological resilience and benefit finding of parents of children with cancer during chemotherapy using the Revised Chinese Version of Benefit Finding Scale (BFS-C) , the Chinese Version of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-C) , and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) . Amos 23.0 software was used to establish structural equation model and the mediating effect of the relationship among the three was carried out. Results:A total of 343 questionnaires were distributed, 324 valid questionnaires were recovered, with the valid recovery rate of 94.5%. The benefit finding score of 324 parents of children with cancer during chemotherapy was (85.35±16.91) , and the acceptance dimension had the lowest score among the five dimensions. The score of psychological resilience was (93.74±16.19) , the score of positive coping dimension was (24.14±6.42) , and the average score of negative coping dimension was (11.70±5.25) . Structural equation model fit index was good, positive coping had a statistically significant predictive effect on benefit finding (β=0.771,n P0.05) . Positive coping of parents of children with cancer during chemotherapy could predict benefit finding through the mediating effect of psychological resilience, and it was a complete mediating effect.n Conclusions:Benefit finding, positive coping and psychological resilience of parents of children with cancer during chemotherapy are at or above the moderate level. By improving the positive coping and psychological resilience of the parents of children, clinical medical and nursing staff can improve the benefit finding of children\'s parents, and then promote the physical and mental health of children\'s parents during chemotherapy.
