本文基于我国31个省、市(自治区)的面板数据,构建面板向量自回归模型(PVAR),深入探讨居民收入差距与房地产价格之间的关系。得出的结论是:收入差距扩大与房地产价格上涨之间存在正向相互促进的动态关系。
Based on panel data of 31 provinces and municipalities (autonomous regions) in China, this paper constructs panel vector autoregressive model (PVAR) to deeply discuss the relationship between resident income disparity and real estate price. The conclusion is: there is a positive relationship between the expansion of income gap and the rise of real estate prices.
