悬臂浇注施工法广泛应用于预应力混凝土(PC)连续梁桥施工中,但施工过程中的各类施工误差均会对桥梁的线形、应力等造成较大影响。该文在某连续梁桥悬臂浇筑施工中线形实际监控结果的基础上,采用BP神经网络模型建立桥梁施工状态函数,并采用基于蒙特卡罗算法对导致施工控制误差因素的敏感性进行分析,从而得到施工控制中各因素影响的显著程度以及各因素之间耦合作用的显著程度。
Cantilever casting method is widely used in prestressed concrete (PC) continuous beam bridge construction, but the construction of various types of construction errors will have a greater impact on the bridge shape, stress and so on. Based on the actual monitoring results of cantilever pouring construction of a continuous beam bridge, the bridge construction state function is established by using BP neural network model and the sensitivity of construction control error factors based on Monte Carlo method is analyzed. The significant degree of influence of each factor in construction control and the significant degree of coupling between each factor are obtained.
