文章建立的油田伴生气管线清管模型详细说明了如何计算清管始发站输气压力、沿程压降和清管器与管壁摩擦引起的压降。其中沿程压降的计算采用组合水力学模型(Dukler-Eaton-Flanigan),即用Eaton法计算截面含液率,用duklerⅡ法计算水平管路压降,用Flanigan法计算管路起伏的附加压降。最后对某条伴生气管线应用此模型,通过计算很容易判断始发站输气压力是否满足清管要求,同时分析了气液比对清管的影响,说明该模型符合实际,有较强的工程实用性,对伴生气管线的运行管理具有重要意义。
The paper establishes the oil pipeline associated gas pipeline pigging model detailing how to calculate the gas pressure at the pipeline start, the pressure drop along the pipeline and the pressure drop between the pig and the pipe wall. Among them, the pressure drop along the way is calculated by using the combined hydraulic model (Dukler-Eaton-Flanigan), that is, calculating the cross-sectional liquid content by Eaton method, calculating the horizontal pipeline pressure drop by the duklerⅡmethod and calculating the additional pipeline pressure by the Flanigan method drop. At last, this model is applied to a certain gas pipeline, and it is easy to judge whether the gas pressure of the starting station meets the requirements of pigging by calculation. Meanwhile, the effect of gas-liquid ratio on pigging is analyzed, which shows that the model is in line with the actual situation. The practicality of the project is of great significance to the operation and management of the associated gas pipeline.
