采用超细SEBS、SEBS-g-MAH和ABS-g-MAH对高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)进行增韧改性研究,考察3种增韧剂对HIPS力学性能的影响。同时研究阻燃剂十溴二苯醚、八溴醚分别与三氧化二锑复配体系以及氢氧化镁对HIPS力学及阻燃性能的影响。实验结果表明:SEBS能大幅度提高HIPS的冲击强度,且对材料的其他性能影响较小;阻燃剂十溴二苯醚与三氧化二锑复配体系对超细SEBS的阻燃效果最佳,材料的力学性能最优。
The toughening modification of high impact polystyrene (HIPS) with ultrafine SEBS, SEBS-g-MAH and ABS-g-MAH was carried out to investigate the effect of three toughening agents on the mechanical properties of HIPS. At the same time, the effects of flame retardant decaBDE and octabromobisole with antimony trioxide complex and magnesium hydroxide on HIPS mechanical properties and flame retardancy were studied. The experimental results show that SEBS can greatly improve the impact strength of HIPS, and has little effect on the other properties of the material. Flame retardant decabromodiphenyl ether and antimony trioxide complex have the best flame retardant effect on ultrafine SEBS , The best mechanical properties of materials.
