目的 :了解海洛因依赖者脱毒期间上消化道出血的情况。方法 :回顾性地对1 998年在我所戒毒的所有患者的住院病历进行统计。结果 :1 0 .40 %的海洛因依赖者在脱毒期间出现上消化道出血症状 ,上消化道出血在不同的治疗方法之间、轻中度依赖与重度依赖之间、既往有无消化系统疾病之间有显著差异 (X2 =30 .1 1～ 1 6 7.2 6 ,P<0 .0 1 ) ,但与性别无明显关系 (X2 =0 .91 ,P>0 .0 5 ) ,5 8例患者预防性治疗后无一例发生上消化道出血。结论 :海洛因依赖者脱毒期间应充分重视上消化道出血症状 ,对于重度海洛因依赖以及既往有消化系统疾病者应选择恰当的脱毒治疗方法 ,对于上消化道出血的预防性治疗很有必要。 Objective: To understand the status of upper gastrointestinal bleeding during the detoxification of heroin addicts. METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed the inpatient medical records of all the patients I detoxified in 1998. RESULTS: 10.40% of heroin addicts experienced upper gastrointestinal bleeding symptoms during detoxification, upper gastrointestinal bleeding between different treatments, mild to moderate dependence and severe dependence, and previous gastrointestinal disease There was a significant difference (X2 = 30.11 to 167.22, P < 0.01), but no significant relationship with gender (X2 = 0.91, P> 0.05), 58 cases None of the patients experienced upper gastrointestinal bleeding after prophylactic treatment. Conclusion: The heroin addicts should pay enough attention to the symptoms of upper gastrointestinal bleeding during the detoxification of heroin addicts. For severe heroin dependence and previous digestive system diseases, appropriate detoxification methods should be selected. It is necessary for preventive treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
