利用光学显微镜和力学性能测试设备对热轧态和3种不同热处理状态的10Mn Ni Cr钢的组织和性能进行了研究。结果表明,韧性较差的M-A岛是影响10Mn Ni Cr钢性能的关键,经回火或正火+回火热处理后,M-A岛大部分分解,使性能明显改善,正火+回火态钢板综合力学性能最佳,特别是其-40℃低温冲击韧度几乎是热轧态钢板的3倍,高达163J。
The microstructures and properties of 10Mn Ni Cr steels, hot-rolled and 3 different heat-treated, were investigated by optical microscopy and mechanical properties testing equipment. The results show that the MA island with poor toughness is the key to the performance of 10Mn NiCr steel. After the tempering or normalizing + tempering heat treatment, most of MA island is decomposed to improve the performance obviously. The normalizing and tempering steel plate synthesis Mechanical properties of the best, especially at -40 ℃ low temperature impact toughness is almost 3 times the hot-rolled steel, up to 163J.
