文章先从现代医院的医改背景、社会关系、国家政策影响为切入点,从医院会计人员的现状和存在的问题入手,以满足现代医院对财务人员素养的需求为前提,对财务人员的所需的素质培养进行分析。最后,结合目前社会经济发展的时代特点,提出对应方案:建立主人翁式管理理念、完善财务人员业务培养、建立竞争开放的财务人才选拔制度等、完善财务人员的考核制度等。
The article begins with the medical reform background, social relations and the influence of national policies in modern hospitals. Starting from the status quo and existing problems of hospital accountants, this paper takes the needs of modern hospital for financial literacy as the prerequisite, The quality of training for analysis. At last, according to the characteristics of the current social and economic development, this paper puts forward the countermeasures: setting up ownership concept, perfecting the training of finance personnel, establishing competitive talent selection system and improving the examination system of finance personnel.
