目的:研究加味芎归汤对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的保护作用和血液流变学指标的影响。方法:采用Wistar大鼠,以尼龙线栓右中脑动脉阻塞法制备局灶性脑缺血模型,加味芎归汤(0.38,0.76,1.52 g.kg-1)ig 7 d,另设模型、假手术和阳性药(通脉颗粒)对照,按Bederson法进行神经功能评分,取血进行血液流变学检查,TTC染色法测定脑组织缺血范围,并进行脑组织病理学检查。结果:加味芎归汤和通脉颗粒给药5 d时,神经功能障碍明显改善;给药7 d时,高切全血黏度、全血还原黏度和血浆黏度降低;脑组织缺血范围明显缩小;脑组织病理改变减轻。结论:加味芎归汤对脑组织缺血损伤有明显保护作用,可能与其降低血液黏度有关。
Objective: To study the protective effects of Jiawei Xionggui Tang on focal cerebral ischemia in rats and its effect on hemorheology. Methods: Wistar rats were used to establish the model of focal cerebral ischemia by nylon plug occlusion of the right middle cerebral artery. Modified Xionggui Tang (0.38,0.76,1.52 g.kg-1) ig for 7 days, Sham operation and positive control (Tongmai granule) control, according to Bederson’s method of neurological function score, take blood for hemorheological examination, TTC staining method to measure the range of cerebral ischemia, and brain histopathological examination. Results: After 5 days of Jiawei Xionggui Tang and Tongmai Granule administration, the neurological dysfunction was obviously improved. At 7 days after administration, the viscosity of whole blood, the reduced viscosity of whole blood and the viscosity of plasma decreased. The extent of ischemia in brain tissue was significantly reduced The pathological changes of brain tissue were alleviated. Conclusion: Jiawei Xionggui Decoction has a significant protective effect on ischemic injury of brain tissue, which may be related to the decrease of blood viscosity.
