课堂的高效,始于教师,源于学生。高效课堂是一场“围绕学生、服务学生、激发学生、为了学生”的改革。高效课堂要关注两个度:精力流失度和目标达成度。精力流失度考察效率,目标达成度考察方向和程度,即效度。需要我们注意的是,高效只是理想课堂的价值取向之一。高效课堂不一定是理想课堂,但,理想课堂一定是高效课堂。课堂教学是一门艺术,是一种教师与学生共同参与的复杂性
Classroom efficiency, beginning with teachers, from students. Efficient classroom is a “around the students, serve students, stimulate students, for students ” reform.
