煤炭税费征管漏洞多、效率低,是全省乃至全国一个带普遍性的难题。分宜县创新煤炭税费征管模式,在全省率先实行煤炭税费征收信息化管理,走出了一条“科技控税、科技管煤、科技防腐”的新路子。近来我省莲花、宜丰、安福、永丰、乐平、芦溪等县市纷纷前往考察取经。我室调研后认为,分宜经验值得总结推广,但其不足之处也有待完善。 There are many holes and inefficiencies in the collection and management of coal taxes and fees, which is a common problem in the whole province and the whole country. Fenyi County, innovation and tax collection and management of coal, the province took the lead in the implementation of coal tax levied information management, out of a “science and technology tax, science and technology management of coal, science and technology” new path. Recently, our province Lotus, Yifeng, Anfu, Yongfeng, Leping, Luxi and other cities and counties have to study. After my investigation, I think it is worth summarizing and popularizing the experience of Fenyi, but its deficiencies have yet to be improved.
