目的观察阳和化岩汤对大鼠乳腺癌癌前病变后细胞形态学改变情况。方法选取大鼠30只建立大鼠乳腺癌癌前病变模型,另取10为空白组,9周后进行分组并采取不同药物干预4周,观察大鼠肿瘤出现情况,取乳腺组织进行HE染色观察组织病理形态学变化,在透射电镜下观察细胞超微结构。结果大鼠组织形态学上,空白对照组全部为一般增生,为100.00%,与阳和化岩汤、平消片组、模型组在一般增生、癌前病变、浸润性癌发生率上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在表面结构、细胞核、细胞凋亡和肌上皮超微表现上,模型组和其他3组在评分上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),阳和化岩汤组和空白对照组、模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细胞器和胞质内含物超微表现进行比较,模型组和阳和化岩汤组、空白对照组在评分上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),阳和化岩汤组和空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阳和化岩汤具有抑制大鼠乳腺癌前病变细胞生长和代谢功能,主要是细胞膜、细胞质和细胞核超微结构发生不同程度变化。
Objective To observe the changes of cell morphology in rats with precancerous lesions of breast cancer induced by Yanghe Huayan decoction. Conclusion Yanghe Huanyan decoction can inhibit the growth and metabolism of premalignant breast cells in rats, which is mainly due to the changes of cell membrane, cytoplasm and nucleus ultrastructure.
