以~(32)P-HBV-DNA作为探针,与待检血清中提取的DNA作分子杂交试验,检测186例慢性HBsAg无症状携带者血清,结果血清HBV-DNA与HBe系统密切相关,在62例HBeAg阳性中有51例HBV-DNA阳性(82.2%),在抗-HBe阳性中也有个别HBV-DNA阳性。另外,HBeAg P/N值与HBV-DNA呈正相关,HBeAg P/N值在8.1以上,HBV-DNA阳性率95.0%,P/N值<5.0只有12.5%阳性。 以分子杂交试验检测的HBV-DNA,是血清中HBV存在的更为直接的证据,可用以判定慢性HBsAg无症状携带者在体内病毒增殖情况。
Serum HBV-DNA was closely related to HBe system with ~ (32) P-HBV-DNA as a probe and DNA extracted from the serum to be tested for the detection of 186 serum samples from HBsAg-asymptomatic carriers. Of the 62 HBeAg positive cases, 51 were positive for HBV-DNA (82.2%) and some were positive for anti-HBe. In addition, the value of HBeAg P / N was positively correlated with HBV-DNA, the HBeAg P / N value was above 8.1, the positive rate of HBV-DNA was 95.0%, and the P / N value <5.0 was only 12.5% positive. HBV-DNA detected by molecular hybridization test is more direct evidence of the presence of HBV in serum and can be used to determine the virus proliferation in vivo in asymptomatic carriers of chronic HBsAg.
