本文以硫化锌精矿为例研究了细磨操作参数对金属硫化矿细磨效果的影响.探讨了细磨时间,能量消耗和金属提取速率之间的关系.由实验确定的较佳细磨操作条件是:W_(ZnS):W_(H_2O)=5:3,W_(Ball):W_(ZnS)=8:1磨矿机转速:1000 r/min.实验结果表明,以矿浆粘度的测量作为快速检测和表征细磨效果的方法简单易行,可在工作现场采用.文中还讨论了细磨对固液分离的影响.
