二路电流双相电击已用于埋置式复律除颤器(AICD)的心内膜导联系统,但尚不清楚最佳电击波形。本文对快速单形性室速或多形性室速(VT),室颤(VF)心内膜复律除颤单相和双相电击的电气特性和临床疗效作一评价,应用新的第二代双导管三电极心内膜导联系统和应用程序单相、同步单相、同步双相电击作心内复律除颤的效果作一报道。入选病例要求符合:①自发性VT史或不可解释的昏厥史,获临床电生理证实;②在电生理检查时可诱发持续性VT或VF;③患者有书面通知同意植入研究性心内膜除颤导联系统和治疗方案。
Two-way current biphasic shocks have been used in the endocardial lead system of a buried cardioverter defibrillator (AICD), but the best shock waveforms are not known. This article evaluates the electrical characteristics and clinical efficacy of single-phase and biphasic shock in rapid unilao tachycardia or ventricular tachycardia (VT) and ventricular fibrillation (VF) The second generation of dual-catheter three-electrode endocardial lead system and application of single-phase, synchronous single-phase, simultaneous biphasic shock for the efficacy of cardioverter defibrillation made a report. Selected cases require compliance with: ① spontaneous VT history or unexplained history of syncope, clinically confirmed by electrophysiology; ② electrophysiological examination can induce persistent VT or VF; ③ patients have written notice agreed to implant research endocardium Defibrillation lead system and treatment program.
