采用多种显微分析手段和腐蚀试验方法对耐硫酸不锈钢的金相组织和腐蚀行为进行研究。研究结果表明,耐硫酸不锈钢经1150℃水冷固溶处理后,具有优良的抗均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀、点蚀和电化学腐蚀性能。此外,这种新型不锈钢还具有较好的机械性能与铸造性能。
A number of microscopic analysis methods and corrosion test methods were used to study the microstructure and corrosion behavior of Sulfuric acid-resistant stainless steel. The results show that the sulfuric acid-resistant stainless steel has excellent resistance to uniform corrosion, intergranular corrosion, pitting corrosion and electrochemical corrosion after water-cooled solution treatment at 1150 ℃. In addition, this new stainless steel also has good mechanical properties and casting properties.
